After earning her M.A. (creative writing) and teaching certificate for higher education, Elizabeth taught English composition classes that included an extra focus: African-American literature or computer skills. She also developed and taught a course on Toni Morrison’s Beloved. She has edited fiction and non-fiction, including O’Reilly’s translation of Hahnemann’s Organon of the Medical Art and Travelers’ Tales books such as Hong Kong. Elizabeth also teaches restorative and viniyoga.
